The cameras will be delivered to you via courier on or before your rental start. At the end of your rental, use the included label and drop off your kit at any UPS Access Point in the UK.

Yes. Our cameras have good quality microphones built-in to pick up nearby or loud sound. Our VlogBox™ Duo and Max include microphones for even better sound during speeches and ceremonies.

You get 100% off the recorded footage! We aim to have all your footage available on your personal online link within 7 days of your wedding.

Yes. The camera has battery life for 4 hours of continuous recording. In reality, you'll start/stop recording through the day, so the battery life will easily last a full day. We include a USB-C charging cable, so you can recharge the camera and keep filming.

You probably won't. One of the many reasons we've chosen the cameras is they're really tough, perfect for an energetic, boozy party. We try to keep things simple and fair:

• You’re responsible for the cameras from the moment they’re delivered to you until you hand them back to the courier.
• Normal wear and tear is free—a few scuffs are no big deal.
• If there’s an accident (like the camera slips off a table by mistake), you’ll pay up to £99 per camera for repairs (or less if it’s cheaper to fix).
• If the gear is misused, lost, or stolen, you may be charged up to £1,200—the full replacement value of the kit.
• Once you’ve returned the package to the courier, our shipping insurance takes over, so you’re no longer responsible.

We’ll always inspect any damage and talk with you first. Our goal is to make this easy and affordable—just treat the cameras as if they were your own, and we’ll handle the rest!
